Return Policy

General Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 business days after we have received and inspected the returned item at our warehouse. We do not offer electronic gift cards, store credits, or exchanges. All sale/promotional items are non-returnable.

 

Return Scenarios & Conditions

1. For Received Items

1) Change of Mind (Unconditional Return):

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return any unworn and unwashed items within 7 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping costs.

 

2) Defective/Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially differs from its description, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will cover return shipping costs and provide a replacement, exchange, or full refund.

 

2. For Non-Received Items

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received the package, you must contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date with valid proof (e.g., delivery confirmation photo, neighbor statement). Upon verification, we will reship your order or issue a refund.

 

Special Circumstances

1. Refused Deliveries:

If you refuse delivery, we will process a refund only after receiving the unopened package at our warehouse. Original and return shipping fees will not be refunded.

 

2. Unauthorized Returns:

Returns shipped without prior authorization through our official process may be refused at our warehouse. Any associated costs will be your responsibility.

 

3. Fraud Prevention:

We reserve the right to reject returns showing excessive wear, signs of use, evidence of fraud, or policy violations. Refunds may be withheld in such cases.

 

How to Initiate an Authorized Return

Contact our Returns Team at [email protected] within the applicable timeframe. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.  We will email a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions. Do not ship returns without an (RA) number.

 

Pack items securely in their original packaging with tags attached. Include a printed copy of your order confirmation. Ship your package to the provided address using a tracked service. Retain your shipping receipt.

 

Refund Processing Details

Refunds will be issued solely to your original payment method. Allow 3-5 business days after we inspect your return for processing. Original shipping fees and return shipping costs (except for defective items) will not be refunded. You will receive email confirmation upon refund completion.
